Workshop Checklist

• Separate check for each workshop.
• Name of workshop on each check.
• Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) for each workshop. (Your list of materials and directions to the workshop will be sent in it.)
• A check for each workshop payable to SDFC..

Enrollment Policy:

Each workshop is filled on a first check received basis. When the workshop is filled, applicants are placed on a waiting list in the order in which their checks were received. You may be called as late as the evening before a workshop if a vacancy occurs.

Refund Policy:

No one registered in a workshop will receive a refund unless his/her seat is actually filled from the waiting list. If you must cancel, please allow sufficient time so that your place can be filled. IF the waiting list has already been exhausted, you may have a friend take your place in the workshop. This policy protects those who have paid in order to be on the waiting list

It is in your interest to register early. You may post-date a check for the first of the month prior to a workshop (e.g. September 1 for a workshop in October). This does NOT give you the right to cancel, but rather the privilege of having your place held. Please use this option only when necessary. You may send your separate checks for all workshops at one time if you wish, but each registration will need a SASE

Location:

Workshop locations will vary. Check individual workshop descriptions for specific locations. Approximately two weeks prior to the workshop, you will receive a List of Materials and Directions.  Always check this list for updated workshop location and time.
