Soda Pop Pens: Make Your Own and Discover New Marks with Susan Richardson

1. Cut out pen shape using a pattern supplied by Susan. |

2. Wrap the can around a bamboo chopstick, then secure with duck tape. |
|

 |
|
 |
|
|
3. Staple just inside the edge to help the nib hold more ink. |
|
|
 |
|
|
 |
|
|
4. Anneal the nib over a candle until it is very black. This strengthens the nib. |
